By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.
In the following text, my person will be represented as “Nino” and the client or clients will be represented as “client”, due to a better understanding of this agreement.

These terms can be updated at any time without notice.
Said updates will be applicable to all commissions made and to be made, except in those cases in which there is a verifiable agreement with the client.
The order can be rejected for any reason, and in turn it will not be mandatory to indicate this reason to the client.
If the client wants something specific (Expression / background / pose / etc.), it must be specified in the commission request.
If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the customer wanted it to have, but was not indicated when placing the order, a refund will not be made.
Make changes to the drawing once it is finished (For reasons not related to a mistake made by Nino), it will only be possible with an extra payment.
Commissions are made in the order they were paid. You can access the "Waiting List" to find out how the order process is going.
The work will be carried out in the following order:
After placing the order, I will start with the first sketch.
Upon completion of the sketch, it will be sent (with my watermark) for you to review.
Made the necessary corrections, I will proceed to finish the final product.
Revisions during sketching phase are allowed, but changes to finished product are limited to minor adjustments such as color or accessory. For major revisions fee will be applied.
What you receive:
Full drawing in full quality without my watermark.
The signature cannot be deleted.
Delivery times may vary depending on my situation (work, family problems or force majeure situations).
The accepted payment methods are Vgen, PayPal, Ko-fi, BCP or Yape.
Payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted. You have the flexibility to pay in full, or opt for a 50% upfront payment followed by the remaining 50% before I delivery the file.
I do not begin working until I receive payment.
Prices will not be reduced, any attempt to haggle will be grounds for rejection of the order.
Difficult or highly detailed characters may require an increase in the base order price.
Commission base prices are per character, not background. If a background has not been specified or paid for it (If required according to its complexity), the drawing will be delivered in Transparent PNG or with a Simple Color background.
Refunds only provided in case of personal inability to continue work.
NO REFUNDS after sketch has been confirmed or work delivered. A full refund will only be made if work has not been started.
Otherwise, if you are dissatisfied with the final product there will be no refund. Be sure to tell me all the details I need when the sketch is turned in.
Mistakes made by Nino will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when they were made.
Nino retains the rights to each image produced. Payment is for the creation of a personalized work, not for transfer of rights.
The final work may be published by Nino on any of its social networks or pages (always indicating that said drawing is a commission), unless otherwise specified.
The work will not be used by Nino for resale through digital or physical products, unless explicit permission or request is granted to do so.
The products may be posted to other websites by the client if credit is given.
Do not distribute PNGtuber files to other artists without permission.
Any commission made by Nino is for personal or non-profit use only, unless otherwise discussed. The client should not profit from the work done without discussing it in advance and thus reaching an agreement.
The only exceptions to this rule are PNGtuber, Emotes and Badges commissions, which are previously listed as Commercial Use Commission.
Commercial Use Commissions do not transfer authorship of the work.
